Local band InLimbo to headline at Wicksteed Fireworks Extravaganza

Local band InLimbo to headline at Wicksteed Fireworks Extravaganza PR Story

Students from Tresham College are all set to rocket to stardom at the Wicksteed Fireworks display on Saturday 4th November.

InLimbo have been gigging in Kettering for a year, whilst studying music at Tresham College, and have been selected to perform before thousands at the Wicksteed event.
The students are all studying HND or HNC in music performance here at Tresham.  Their act will feature tracks from past decades, so there will be something for all tastes.
“This is a great opportunity for them to put their talent to the test in front of such a huge audience, I know they will make us proud,” said Tresham Music Lecturer Dr Cathy Grice.
In addition, the college is supporting the event with back stage expertise in the form of music technicians and media students filming the whole event.
Warming up the audience before the headline act will be The Later Days, another band made up of Tresham students who competed in a ‘battle of the bands’ style competition for the chance to perform.
Tickets for the firework and music extravaganza are available at www.wicksteedpark.org
